Director of Technical Operations
I am a 20 year storage industry veteran with broad ranging experience. Over my career I have been a design engineer, technical lead/product evangelist and pre-sales consultant, developed and delivered technical product training courses, and post sales product implementation specialist. My time has been spent working with smaller companies that provide backup and disaster recovery software and disk based SAN and VTL solutions. Companies have included Spectra Logic, Sterling Software, Bakbone Software, Overland Storage, and Asigra. I possess an in depth understanding of backup, recovery and DR processes and practices as well as using the cloud for managed backup/recovery and offsite DR services. My background is not in systems or network administration. However, I will be the person evangelizing and demonstrating your products to new customers and helping show them what you have to offer and how it can help them grow their business. I excel at bridging the gap between technology and business and showing the value of both to customers.
